SHIPMENT LOCATION AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
We ship from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post. Shipping times will vary from 3-10 working days, depending on where you live and the time of the year. Shipping times may slow a little during peak seasons. All orders submitted on our website with a valid email address will have shipments tracked by a unique tracking number emailed to you after shipping, to ensure prompt delivery and service.
NON-DELIVERY OF SHIPMENT
In the event of shipment non-delivery, the following options may be considered for your satisfaction:
- If the shipment non-delivery is as a result of our error, we will gladly re-ship your order at no charge or issue a full refund back to you.
- If the shipment non-delivery is as a result of your error (e.g. incorrect address, recipient information etc. supplied by the customer), we can resolve the issue with the following 2 options:
- Process an address correction while the shipment is “in-transit,” such that it is delivered to the correct address/recipient at its final destination. A $5.00 fee per address correction will be assessed.
- If the shipment has already been delivered to the incorrect address/recipient, we can re-ship your order to the correct address/recipient, but we will re-charge the same order amount (product and shipping fees) to the original method of payment. We will then schedule a call-tag for the order from the wrong address/recipient, and issue a refund for the original order amount (product only) minus the shipping fee, upon receipt of the shipment back to us to the original method of payment.
We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we will gladly exchange or refund your order per our Return Policy. Notification of exchanges, refunds, damages or non-delivery must be made within 30 days from the shipment receipt date by contacting us by email.
If the shipment is as a result of our error, we will gladly reship your correct items at no charge or issue a refund. A free call tag may be issued to bring the wrong item back to our warehouse (customer must preserve packing slip and items ordered without disposing them for verification purposes) before reshipping your correct items or issuing a refund.
In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the items ordered were an error of the customer, the following options may be considered for your satisfaction:
- For non-delivery of an order, please contact us to investigate the issue and recommend a resolution.
- If the items ordered are unopened, unused, undamaged and in original packaging, send your order back to us at your shipping expense for a full product refund or an exchange. We recommend you always insure the shipment. Refunds will not include shipping costs originally incurred to ship your order.
- To exchange an item, send your items back to us at your shipping expense, and we will gladly replace with another item of your choice. Customer will pay the difference between the product(s) exchanged or receive a refund, as well as pay for return shipping costs to receive the replacement.
About an exchange or refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, undamaged, and in new condition upon receipt to our warehouse to receive a full refund. Again, we recommend you insure the shipment.
Refund submissions are processed on receipt of the goods, and takes 5 -15 business days (depending on banking institutions and merchant providers) to process.
